Meredith’s coaching experience spans youth recreational and academy soccer, private player development, and the high school level, where she most recently served as an Assistant Coach for the Girls’ Varsity and JV at Bishop Ireton High School. Meredith is also the founder of her own women’s soccer development program and has experience working in Game Day Operations with the Washington Spirit.
As a player, Meredith has competed at the semi-professional level in the USL W League with the Virginia Marauders and at the NCAA Division III level with Marymount University. She currently holds a USSF D Coaching License and a Professional Diploma in Women’s Football Performance through Barça Innovation Hub and is continuing her education in Kinesiology at George Mason University.
