Before becoming the Athletic Director in Fall, 2025, Emilee served as Trinity’s Assistant Athletic Director/Sports Information Director.
Emilee received her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business in from Mount St. Mary’s University. While at The Mount, Emilee played Division I softball for four years.
After graduating, Emilee pursued her love for sports and wellness, and went on to coach Division II softball, as well as worked in the Campus Recreation department at University of the Sciences. Emilee later went on to work for the NJ Devils and Philadelphia 76ers in the Ticket Sales Department.
Emilee has also worked as a strength coach designing programs for clients of all ages.
Tierra Floyd joined Trinity on September 16, 2025, as the Assistant Athletics Director. She graduated from Delaware State University with a Master’s degree in Science Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University, Cincinnati Ohio in Liberal Studies.
Tierra is an Ohio native, who most recently served as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations at Gardner-Webb University. She’s also coached at Texas A&M International University, helping guide the devils to their best Division II record in program history, and at Central State University, where she contributed to a seven-win improvement in her second year.
