Victor Chen joined Trinity on January 20th as the Head Lacrosse Coach. Victor is a veteran lacrosse coach with more than 30 years of experience developing student-athletes at the youth, high school, club, and collegiate levels. He currently serves as Head Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse Coach at Lake Braddock Secondary School with prior collegiate experience as an Assistant Coach at Averett University and Head Coach of George Mason University’s Women’s Club Lacrosse program.
A proven program builder, Coach Chen is the Founder and Director of Virginia One Girls Lacrosse Club, where he oversees player development and the recruitment of college-bound athletes. His coaching philosophy aligns with Trinity Washington University’s Division III mission, emphasizing academic achievement, leadership development, competitive excellence, and athlete well-being.
