Enoch Thompson
Head Coach

Enoch Thompson is in his 6th season as Head Coach after serving two years as the Assistant Coach. Enoch has been involved in tennis for over 30 years with numerous camps, development clinics, and tournaments. He is a Certified USTA Official and PTR instructor. Enoch also teaches tennis at the Trinity Center, Turkey Thicket Recreation Center, Southeast Tennis and Learning Center and volunteers with DC Special Olympics. Enoch is a native of the Bahamas and currently resides in Washington, DC, with his wife, Julee.



Ebonye Jones
Assistant Coach

Entering her 6th season as Women’s Assistant Tennis Coach at Trinity University in Washington, DC, Ebonye began her tennis career training at MACH Academy in Augusta, Ga. As a standout student athlete at Albany State University, Ebonye received First Team All-SIAC Honors three out of the four seasons she participated in conference play. Jones received her B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2005.

Following her studies at Albany State University, Ebonye joined the Professional Tennis Registry in 2005. In efforts to give back to her own community, Ebonye began coaching at MACH Academy, as an AmeriCorps member and soon after transitioning to Program Assistant. Jones played a vital role in developing numerous sectional, and nationally ranked junior athletes. As a traveling pro, Ebonye has served as a Staff Pro at Nike Adult Tennis Camp at Amherst College, which was voted one of the top 25 Tennis Camp destinations in the world by Tennis Resorts Online. As Assistant Head Pro at Crestview Swim Club, Ebonye coached several championship league teams.

Currently, Ebonye is the Junior Team Tennis Coordinator with the United States Tennis Association Mid-Atlantic Section. Where she spearheads programs such as: Girls Rule the Court and the Emerging Leaders Academy.

She is also an active volunteer with the Special Olympics of DC and serves on the Executive Board of Rankine Tennis that serves the under privileged youths of Montego Bay, Jamaica.
