Bethea Named Player of the Week
For Immediate Release September 20, 2011Bethea named Association of Division III Independents volleyball Player of the Week
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Trinity Washington University junior left side hitter Ellen Bethea (New Haven, Conn.) has been selected as the Association of Division III Independents volleyball Player of the Week. Bethea tallied 17 digs and contributed six kills in Trinity’s first win of the season, a five-set victory over Valley Forge (19-25, 23-25, 26-24, 25-20, 15-6). She also chipped in four service aces.
